I would like to thank you for the service that we have received from your company.
On 6/11/2003 We had an inspector (Joe) come out and inspect our home. He was very polite and answered all questions and concerns that we had. He definitely knows about termites and the chemicals.
On 6/21/2003 We had our home serviced by your technician (Bob) The same thing I would like to say very polite, and made sure he was doing his job right and explaining what he needed to do.
I am very impressed with the both of them.
So, I would like to say thank you.
I will keep you in mind for any further services and further references to other customers.

I used Safe Pest Control about 2 years ago & was very satisfied. There was not an inconvenience of finding a place to stay with my animals & I was assured that what they were using to kill the termites would not harm my animals. I have refered my friends and my daughter to Safe Pest Control. None of us have anything but positive things to say about them. I was very pleased. They were very very prompt. I called them first and they said they could be there the same day. They came out and said it was definitely dry wood termites and taking everything out of my attic would be the wrong move because there were probably termites in those things. He said the whole house had to be treated. He explained what they did. They drilled holes in the walls above and below all the windows, put the treatments in those holes and then re-seal them. The guy came the next day and they worked very quietly and quickly. They did miss one hole to spackle. I'm going to switch over to them for my general pest control now.

What impressed us most about them was you could set your watch by these people. They are so prompt. Excellent service, reasonable. I wouldn't use anybody else now.

We were battling cockroaches. After they sprayed there was an immediate reduction. I saw only 2 live German cockroaches, but I swept up about 15 dead roaches. I understood that it might take 3 weeks or so to reduce them to zero. Last night I went in the kitchen at 1:00 am and found a big cockroach in the sink. He was killed immediately. I called the company this morning and the very pleasant woman said, Watch for the next three days and if you have another occurrence we will come right out and spray. I was satisfied.

Great company explained all about subterraneum termites, also identified them from damage I had.

Got great information over the phone, as well as in person from Jim Hammonds. I was very interested in the companies "No Tent" termite treatment. Also did on line research, investigated BBB reports and Angie's list. Other companies had told me that tenting was the "only" way to go. David came out and saturated my shed which was completely falling apart from subterranean termites. Came inside, drilled holes in my door frames, window frames and sprayed everything. Went up in my attic and treated all the wood up there. Caulked all the necessary holes. Told me that when I have my roof or my windows replaced, I can call them and have them treat any new wood at no charge. There was a yearly renewal fee of $125 but well worth it not having to tent. Both company representatives were very well informed. Treatment was done on 4/24/07.

Very good. Returned to treat termites found in ceiling at no charge. Very Professional, very courteous and very reasonable.

I called them and they've been really good. Super good to me. Went around the house and patched holes that Sears had put in several years ago. So nice. A down to earth person.

They came out once a year and anytime you have problems they come out. They do thorough work. It was a very professional experience. They were on time.

They were prompt. I had to call them back 3 months after they were here because we had some little bugs. They did a good job, and we were pleased with them.

I called and had an appointment the next day. He arrived promptly and was very thorough in surveying the problem areas, and he explained the process thoroughly. There was no pressure to make any appointment; however, I made the appointment, which was set up to meet my schedule. The technician arrived promptly, did a thorough walk through and began the process. He was very nice and appeared knowledgeable. The process requires drilling small holes in the walls and he did a wonderful job of drilling on the wall inside closets where he could. He caulked all of the holes after he finished.

REALLY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. SHOWED UP EARLY. COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. PLEASED THAT TENTING IS NOT NECESSARY AS I HAD BEEN TOLD BY ANOTHER COMPANY.

STEVE OF SAFE PEST CONTROL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. HE TOOK HIS TIME IN SEARCHING OUR HOME FOR ANY PESTS (OUR PROBLEM CONSISTED OF MAINLY ANTS AND SILVERFISH). NOT SURE IF PRICE IS CONSISTENT TO OTHER BUSINESSES IN THE AREA. PIECE OF MIND IS OF THE VALUE HERE. THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.

I DIDN'T WANT TO TENT THE PLACE, WHICH IS HOW I GOT INTERESTED IN THEIR PEST CONTROL. THEY TOLD ME HOW THEY DO IT AND THAT THE TENANT CAN STAY IN THE HOUSE WHILE THEY DO IT. THE PRICE WAS SURPRISINGLY LOW, CONSIDERING WHAT THEY DID. ONCE THEY PUT THE STUFF ON YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DOING IT AGAIN.

HAD A RAT IN MY KITCHEN BEHIND THE REFRIG. HE CAME WITHIN 2 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. SELECTED THEM BECAUSE THEY ADVERTISED FOR REMOVAL OF RODENTS AND ON ANGIE'S LIST. SET SOME POISON. HE LEFT ME HIS CELL PHONE IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY SCHEDULED ANOTHER APPT. TO COME BACK IN 3 DAYS TO REMOVE THE DEAD RODENT. VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS AND PROMPT. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I was very pleased with this company and how they conducted their business. They were very neat, clean professional and personable. They even went the extra mile for me at no extra charge. I was especially pleased with the fact that they did not use tents to get the job done. They were very prompt and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
